Prior to our meeting, I will send you some forms to complete. During your first session, I will briefly review the information on your forms, and learn about you and what has brought you to therapy. If we believe we are a good fit for one another, we will schedule an ongoing appointment. During the first few sessions, we will develop some goals for your therapy, and I will determine how best I can help you.
Fees and Payments
My fee is $155 per therapeutic hour (50 minutes) and due at the time of service. I accept payment by Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover card, HSA, check, or cash. If payment is made by cash or check, my fee is reduced to $150. At this time I do not accept insurance, but offer a sliding scale fee for clients in certain financial situations. If you have out of network benefits, I am able to provide a receipt for insurance purposes (called a "Superbill") which can be submitted to your insurance company and applied towards your out of network deductible, potentially providing you cost savings at some point. Please check with your insurance to see if this is a benefit available to you.
